Discovery Call– Here, we will unpack everything that is currently working and not working within your business so that we can get to the core of finding the appropriate solution for your company.
Booking– Once we’ve determined we are a good fit to help your business, we will get your project scheduled.
Brand & Website Workbook– This step is your homework and a crucial resource for both of us to thoroughly get to know what makes your business unique. This will serve as the foundation for our strategy going forward.
Strategy– After we’ve taken time to analyze your homework, we will begin to develop the strategic direction for your project and share that with a Moodboard to make sure our visions are aligned.
Mockup Designs– Once the strategy and visual direction have been solidified, we will design mockups for three main pages of your site so you can get the overall feel of how it will look and feel before we move on to development.
Refine & Develop– After discussing your mockups, we will refine until the website feels perfect for you. If we are developing your site, we will begin laying out and coding on your website, bringing it all to life. If we are collaborating with another platform developer, we will begin working closely with them to ensure your website is accurately developed using our mockup designs so that nothing is lost in translation.
Launch– After all the final touches have been made, your site will go live and be ready to officially launch!

All projects are required to be paid in full before the project date or shortly after the project begins; however, payment structures vary and depend on variables such as how far in advance you book, the type of project you book, and more. Typically, the sooner you book, the more flexibility you have for payments!

You will need to purchase a domain (www.yourcompanyname.com) before our project begins. We prefer our clients to use GoDaddy or Squarespace for their domains, though you can purchase them with other companies such as Google Domains, Domain.com, HostGator, and more. Your domain fee will be separate (averages $20/year), and, if we are doing the web development, you will need to pay Squarespace’s annual fee once we are about to launch your site (typically, all that is required for our clients is the Business Plan.) Since we are a Squarespace Circle Member, all of our clients receive a 20% discount off their first year!

A VIP Intensive is a 1-on-1 day where we are working exclusively with you. Each day reserves 7 hours of time dedicated per day to your needs and priorities, with the goal of working through the set deliverables as time allows. The benefits of VIP Intensives are quick turnarounds, more budget-friendly, exclusive attention, and a more intense 1-on-1 session. We also offer half-day VIP Intensives if we feel it is appropriate for the scope of work.
