The Realty Vault
The Project
The Realty Vault marked a pivotal transition from a corporate brokerage model to an independent, experience-driven collective. Housed within a historic former bank building, the brand needed to honor its architectural past while positioning itself as a modern, intentional space for agents seeking belonging, flexibility, and distinction. At the heart of this project was the merging of two perspectives— one rooted in traditional office culture, the other drawn to a more modern, fluid approach to real estate. The challenge was to create a brand that felt grounded yet progressive, offering agents a place they wanted to be part of in a time when physical offices are increasingly optional. We approached the identity through a speakeasy-inspired lens, developing a visual system that felt exclusive, layered, and elevated. Custom illustrations of the bank exterior, timeless typography, rich color palettes, and restrained patterns were used to reinforce the concept of The Vault. The brand ultimately evolved into the idea of a Real Estate Collective, a term we brainstormed that came to define both the culture and the vision behind the business.
